Creation, Sin, and the Nature of God: A Study of Genesis 1-11

Where did we come from? Why is there pain in the world? Who committed the first murder? Why are there so many languages in the world? The first eleven chapters of the book of Genesis have the answers to these questions and more–providing us with the history of the human race in its earliest years prior to the time of Abraham.

Based on a book by pastor-teacher John MacArthur, this  11-week Bible study will be an in-depth look at the creation story, the first murder, Noah and the flood, the first covenant, the Tower of Babel, and the dispersion of the Nations.  It will  include close-up examinations of Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, and Noah, as well as careful consideration of key doctrinal themes, such as “The Fall of Man” and “Heritage and Family.”

Join us Friday mornings from 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM at the Kingston House of Prayer (KHOP) 447 Division Street. For more information, speak to the Rector.
